Over the course of just two days, with no other major daily responsibilities, we are given a unique opportunity to enrich our meditation practices under the wise guidance of a Guru. Through these immersive experiences and energies, we tap into our individual reservoirs of inner strength and wisdom, which subsequently unfold and support our personal development journey.
Self-discovery entails significant transformation and shifts in our mindset and values. As we delve into the depths of our inner selves, we undergo profound changes that can shape our perspectives and beliefs, leading to personal growth and a deeper understanding of who we truly are.
If you already practice Kundalini meditation regularly every day, please continue your practice. If you are not a regular practitioner, start practicing as soon as you register for the program. Practice meditation once or twice a day for 20 minutes, focusing on the forehead and Crown chakra Ensure you have good rest and focus on yourself during this period. Additionally, kindly follow a vegetarian diet for at least one week before the course.
4 stages of concentration (Mooladara, Forehead eye , Crown Chakra, Backbrain meditation)

White represents calmness, contains all colors within itself, and symbolizes inner light. Additionally, wearing white is pleasing to the eyes and helps reduce sensory distractions, an essential aspect of Yoga’s practice of Pratyahara.
Most of the prana (vital life energy) is lost through speech. Silence preserves Prana and takes person deeper
Silence is not mandatory discussing or listening to co-practitioners also help the meditation practices
Practitioners are advised to hold/ practice a Silence from time to time
Group interactions are also encouraged and many ideas and projects can spring up between different people
Social integration and exchange is also one of the goals of organizing this Residential course.
To align with the event schedule, we encourage to wake up in the morning and arrive at the venue on time.
We understand that sitting for extended periods can be challenging, so we will provide breaks and opportunities for yogic relaxations during the sessions. Chairs will be available for your convenience, and you can also find a comfortable sitting position on your mat.
There is no strict diet requirement, but it’s essential to eat in the right quantity—neither too much nor too little. The idea is to have enough food to satisfy your hunger while maintaining a light stomach. The course only serves vegetarian food; there are no other dietary restrictions.
Dimension of the practice is possible only for a master like a Guru to give.
We are going to have serious fun there will be both calmness sessions and also dynamic sessions
