- Gurumahan will be performing πππ§π ππ«πππ‘ππ§π£π πππ₯π πππ‘π ππ‘ππ―π πππ₯π―π’ (penance) for 21 days for universal peace and welfare. Disciples and Kundalini yoga practitioners all over the world will try to follow His instructions specifically during this time to gain inner peace and santhosham(contentment and bliss) and contribute to universal welfare.

- Donate For food distribution (AnnadhAnam) to visitors, older generation in villages in and around Ashram
- Participate in 2 hour Online Velvi(Penance) Meditation (πππ πππ¬π ππππ ππ¨ πππ§ πππ‘ ππππ)
- Register for All 18 days(Dec 21st -Jan 7th) or just few days at
