Go to
My account – UPFNA ( https://upfna.org/my-account )
—-> Login with email or username and password ( use forgot password if needed)
——-> Once Logged in , click on my courses ( left side under the same my account page)
———-> Click on the course you are enrolled in
————> Scroll to the week for which you have to submit homework survey/sheet
————> Click on the homework link next to the speaker icon and click on “Answer the questions” button

3) Click on the course of interest ( Your enrolled courses will show at the top)
4) Scroll to the homework week ( example: 29th Aug – Sept 4th)
