Santhosham. In our busy lifestyle, we always wish to dedicate time to keep our body and mind healthy, but we are unable to bring that to practice. Here is a great opportunity to motivate yourself to bring that wish to a reality. This 11-day yoga challenge includes simple breathing techniques and easy to do yoga postures which will take only 14 minutes of your time each day. Any age group is welcome to do this challenge: kids, adults, or any of your friends may signup for this challenge.

Practice Sheet- PDF Format – Total Minutes- 14 min

  • Salutation & Silence – 1 min
  • Nadi Shodhana – 32 counts – 2 min
  • Spinal Rock – Stage 1, 2 & 3 -10 times each – 3 min
  • Sasanga Bhujangasana -12 times- 1 1/2 min
  • Thoppukaranam- 11 times – 1 1/2 min
  • Surya Namaskar- 2 times- 2 min
  • Savasana (Relaxation) – 3 min
