I understand, acknowledge, and appreciate that, as with any physical activity, there is some risk of injury associated with my (or my child’s) participation in yoga, and I willingly assume such risks. I confirm that I, or my child, am in good health and free from any physical impairment or injury, or I have disclosed such conditions accordingly.

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the yoga and meditation program sponsored by the Universal Peace Foundation of North America (UPFNA), I hereby release, discharge, and relinquish Universal Peace Foundation of North America and its respective officers, directors, volunteers, and employees of and from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action of any sort, for any injuries sustained in connection with my participation (or my child’s participation) in the yoga and meditation program. I agree to the Privacy Policy and consent to receive updates on upcoming Free/ Sponsored or exclusive yoga & meditation programs from UPFNA.

I also sincerely desire for myself (or my child) to learn simple focus and meditation techniques as part of the curriculum. I understand that these techniques are being taught to attain inner peace, bliss, satisfaction, and contentment (Santhosham). I agree not to disclose or share the meditation, focus techniques, or any other yoga instructions, postures, or asanas taught to me (or my child) without the written consent of UPFNA.
