Class Schedule
* Due to COVID, our in-person classes transitioned to online sessions. We are now pleased to resume with a 4-week in-person series. Based on interest, we plan to continue offering these classes. However, our online Community Kundalini Yoga classes will continue as usual on Wednesdays.
This class is structured for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
New participants are welcome to join at any time throughout the year and will quickly become familiar with the format within a couple of weeks, as each class is unique.
The class focuses on postures, breathing practices, and Kundalini meditation, helping you commit to your holistic health and boost daily productivity.
