The below techniques help you to release stress, rejuvenate and energize your body in 90 seconds. Keep few tissues handy.

 

    1. Kapalapathi (Cleansing Technique)
      1. Inhale - 1 time
      2. Fast exhale - 3 times
      3. The above 2 steps makes a round. Practice 5 rounds.

 

  1. Samacheer Pranayama (Equal Ratio Breathing)
    1. Inhale - 3 sec
    2. Hold - 3 sec
    3. Exhale - 3 sec
    4. No breath - 3 sec
    5. The above 4 steps makes a round. Practice 5 rounds.
