Mint Chutney By Sujatha Gopal

Mint 1 bunch, 1 tbsp peanuts, 1 or 2 green chillies, salt, lemon juice and grind as a paste.

Sweet Chutney By Sujatha Gopal

Small ball of softened tamarind, 1 tbsp jaggery, 4 or 5 dates, little salt ( pls match the sweet and sour according to your taste which means find your own measurement of tamarind and jaggery/dates).

Cilantaro Chutney


Chana Dal- 1 tbsp

Urad Dal- 1 tbsp.

Cumin seeds-1 tbsp.

Red chillies- 1

Celery stick-1/2

Ginger-1 inch

Cilantora/ Mint- 1Bunch or Tomato- 5

Fresh Coconut-4 tbsp



1. Fry the dal, cumin in the oil for 1 min. and add the , ginger, celry/onion, red chilli fry for 5 min. and add the coconut , cilantora fry for 1 min .

2. Allow to cool 10-15 min and Grind it.
