Healthy  Yogurt drink By Sujatha Gopal

2 cups plain yogurt - (could be home made, Greek yogurt or non fat yogurt, make sure yogurt does not contain starch, gum, sugar, artificial flavors...)

1 cup of mixed veggies - carrots, tomato, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, ginger, green chillies...

Blend it in the blender with 2 cups of water and drink it...

Same way,

2 Cups Plain yogurt with your favorite fruits and berries ( banana, apple, berries and oranges) 

Blend it in the blender with 2 cups of water and drink it...

Healthy Kanji podi for Breakfast By Sujatha Gopal

1 cup Steel cut oats

1 cup Quinoa

1 Cup Kerala Matta rice

1/2 cup Almonds

1/2 cup Walnuts

1/2 cup Dalia (Pottu kadalai)

1/4 cup roasted Flax seed powder (omega 2) ( you may just add this powder)

1/2 cup fresh coconut

In a pan, use medium heat to dry fry all the ingredients except Flax seeds powder, cool it and blend it in a blender (Mixie) like a powder.

Store it in an air tight container.

Boil water and add this powder just boil for few mts, stir well and add milk or butter milk or almond milk and drink it.
