50 Hour Yoga Foundation Course 

Santhosham. Universal Peace Foundation of North America(UPFNA) in association with Universal Peace Foundation, India presents this 50 hour session for this first time online with the comforts of taking it from home & from the best instructors, thereby getting the benefit of both worlds.

Who can attend?

  • Anyone who would like to learn or review basic yoga postures along with breathing and focus for holistic health or to prepare themselves to become a future Yoga instructor.
  • No pre-requisites
  • Age 16 & up

Is the training physically difficult?

Most of the techniques can be practiced by anyone

What will I learn in the training?

  • Asana- Basic 25 asanas & warm up practices including benefits & contraindications
  • How to observe bodies in practice
  • Pranayama – breathing techniques
  • The History and Philosophy of Yoga
  • Basic Meditation

Course Duration

  • 50 hours/30 sessions
  • Saturday/Sunday mornings - 6.30 am to 8.00 am (CST, US time)
  • Starts: Aug 1 - Dec 20th, 2020
